There was little fine weather and a lot of rainy weather from May.
The break of the wet season come in the beginning of July in an average year.
But the break of this year was from August 11 to 18th (fine weather continued).
And the wet season came back after that, the disaster due to a heavy rain occurred, too.

In 2018, it is uncertain when the rainy season was over. Fine weather and rainy weather repeated from September through November, and the season changed to winter gradually.@
And it was a climate to feel some uneasiness that a heat wave attacked in summer, and a cold wave attacked in winter. I hope that stable climate come true this year.
